volume discount terms
Buy more and save on the supplies you use most. Our volume discounts are tiered, so the more you buy within a category, the more you save. Discounts apply automatically at checkout, with no code needed.
How it works
- Buy in full packs: within a category, discounts apply to whole packs. A pack is that category's minimum quantity, for example 6 for candle jars and lids, or 36 for perfume bottles. Buying in full packs keeps orders efficient to pack and ship.
- Odd quantities round down: if your quantity for a product is not an exact number of full packs, the discount applies to the full packs and any remaining loose units are charged at the normal price. For example, 20 candle jars counts as three full packs of 6 (18 jars discounted), with the other 2 at full price.
- Large orders of 120 or more: once your quantity for a single product reaches 120 units, the full-pack rounding no longer applies and any quantity qualifies.
- Minimum to qualify: each product needs to reach its category's pack quantity to earn a discount (for example 6 for jars, 36 for perfume bottles). Products below their minimum are not counted and do not receive a discount.
- Mix and match within a category: once products reach their pack quantity, you can combine different products in the same category and your combined full-pack total sets the discount tier. For example, 6 of one jar plus 6 of another is 12 jars, unlocking the 12+ tier.
- Categories are separate: quantities are pooled within a category, not across different ones. Jars count with jars, lids with lids, and so on.
- Mix-and-match ranges: Christmas baubles, USB lighters and car diffusers have no per-product minimum. Mix any quantities across the range and the combined total sets the tier.
- The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.
Discount tiers by category
The first number in each tier is the combined full-pack quantity across qualifying products in that category. The percentage is the saving applied to those qualifying products.

Things to note
- Eligible products: volume discounts apply to hardware and packaging, such as jars, lids, tins, glassware, bottles, caps and packaging.
- Not included: consumables are excluded, including wax, wicks, fragrance oils, dyes, reed sticks, diffuser and spray bases, and carrier oils. The Alana jar range is also excluded.
- Volume discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
