Coconut soy wax for candle making

Coconut soy is the blend makers move to when they want a more premium candle. It cures faster than straight soy, holds fragrance harder, and sets to a smoother, creamier white that photographs well and looks more expensive on a shelf. Both our blends are supplied as flakes and tested in-house before every batch ships.

Our two coconut soy blends

  • Pure Blend Coconut Soy Wax: our established blend and one of our best sellers. Excellent jar adhesion, minimal frosting, and a creamy white finish when poured at lower temperatures. Melting point 47°C, fragrance load 6-10%. Built for container candles.
  • PB65 Pure Blend Coconut Soy Wax: the newer addition to the range, for makers who want a coconut soy option alongside the original.

Both are available in 1kg bags and 25kg production bags.

Coconut soy or straight soy?

Coconut soy costs more per kilo and rewards you with faster turnaround, stronger throw and a better finish. Straight soy wax is cheaper and more forgiving. If you sell a core range and a premium range, running soy for one and coconut soy for the other is a sensible split. The Wax Comparison Guide sets them against each other properly.

Getting the finish right

Coconut soy rewards a low, slow pour. Pouring too hot is the most common cause of a patchy top on a coconut blend. Add fragrance at 50-52°C for the strongest throw, and let candles cure before you judge them. Work out your pour with the Wax and Fragrance Calculator.

Wholesale pricing, no minimum

Wholesale pricing applies to every order, with no account required. Once you are pouring at volume, the 25kg bags bring the per-kilo cost down.
