Luxe USB Lighter

Utilising Plasma Arc technology, this rechargeable USB lighter is a sustainable, safer and practical substitute for gas lighters or matches. 

Featuring a stylish, rounded & elongated design with a lock and push press button to ignite the charge and light your candle with ease. 

This product uses a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Booster assembly can raise the low voltage of 3.7V to the half-sine high voltage to 7KV with a frequency of around 15Kz, which can generate high frequency and high voltage shock, to shock the air to form wear with high temperatures.

Usage Instructions

1. Charge through USB interface by connection to computer, or other chargers with an output voltage of DV5V+0.5V and output current below 3000MA

2. Unlock by releasing the lock button to the upward position.

3. Press circular button to ignite. Light your candle and enjoy! 

4. Once battery is low, simply plug cord provider into a USB port and charge your lighter until all four lights are luminating.

1. Do not use sharp objects to pierce or burn this product

2. Keep out of reach of children and pets

3. Do not ignite more than five times in a row (consecutively)

4. Do not place product in water or other liquids

5. Do not expose product under sun to avoid fire hazard

6. Do not touch spark

Dispatch
Once your order is processed we dispatch within three business days. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched from Monday. During sales, after container arrivals and busy seasonal periods, please allow up to five business days.

We are based in Croydon, Victoria and ship with TNT, TOLL or Australia Post depending on your location. Orders are collected every weekday afternoon, and you will get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Shipping cost depends on the size of your order and where it is going, and is shown at checkout.

During October to December, postage times can vary. Local delivery is available for orders over $199 within a set radius of our warehouse, dispatched weekly based on courier availability. If your order has not arrived in the expected window, contact us and we will chase it up.

Fragrance oils and bases
Strictly no returns on fragrance oils or bases. To meet quality control and compliance requirements we cannot accept returns of fragrance products, so we recommend sampling smaller sizes on a first order.

Quality concerns
We stand behind our products. If the quality does not match what is shown online, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return shipping label and arrange a pickup, and once the goods are inspected in their original condition we will issue a refund. Original condition means undamaged labels and product stored correctly, not frozen, in direct sunlight or in damp conditions.

Damaged or faulty on arrival
Contact us at hello@purecandlesupplies.com.au as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. For glassware damaged in transit we provide a refund or credit note if shipped with a general carrier (Australia Post or TNT Express), or your choice of refund or resend if TNT Sensitive Express was selected.

Change of mind
Handled case by case, and return costs may apply. No returns on clearance or sale products.

Call (03) 9730 2213 or email hello@purecandlesupplies.com.au with your order number. Orders paid via Afterpay incur a 6% service fee if cancelled.

Always follow safe candle making practice. Test every fragrance in your chosen wax, never exceed the recommended fragrance load, and keep oils away from open flame and out of reach of children and pets. Fragrance oils are not for use on skin or in food.
