Sienna Candle Jar - Luminescent - Extra Large

The Sienna glassware range can be defined by two words - elegant, sophistication. With it's unique curved base, and quality finish, the Sienna is the perfect jar to complete any candle collection. 

Leveraging the latest moulding technology, the Sienna jar is produced to the highest standards including a thick glass wall to ensure a safe customer experience, and dual layer coat for a flawless finish.

Wick Recommendation: Pure Wicks - PT60 or PT65 (x2) - We recommend double wicking our Sienna XL Jar range for a consistent and even burn pool.

Pure Candle Supplies provide recommendations only. Burn diameters & burn time can be affected by the variation of the selected wax, colour, and/or fragrance. 

Dispatch
Once your order is processed we dispatch within three business days. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are dispatched from Monday. During sales, after container arrivals and busy seasonal periods, please allow up to five business days.

We are based in Croydon, Victoria and ship with TNT, TOLL or Australia Post depending on your location. Orders are collected every weekday afternoon, and you will get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Shipping cost depends on the size of your order and where it is going, and is shown at checkout.

During October to December, postage times can vary. Local delivery is available for orders over $199 within a set radius of our warehouse, dispatched weekly based on courier availability. If your order has not arrived in the expected window, contact us and we will chase it up.

Fragrance oils and bases
Strictly no returns on fragrance oils or bases. To meet quality control and compliance requirements we cannot accept returns of fragrance products, so we recommend sampling smaller sizes on a first order.

Quality concerns
We stand behind our products. If the quality does not match what is shown online, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return shipping label and arrange a pickup, and once the goods are inspected in their original condition we will issue a refund. Original condition means undamaged labels and product stored correctly, not frozen, in direct sunlight or in damp conditions.

Damaged or faulty on arrival
Contact us at hello@purecandlesupplies.com.au as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. For glassware damaged in transit we provide a refund or credit note if shipped with a general carrier (Australia Post or TNT Express), or your choice of refund or resend if TNT Sensitive Express was selected.

Change of mind
Handled case by case, and return costs may apply. No returns on clearance or sale products.

Cancellations
Call (03) 9730 2213 or email hello@purecandlesupplies.com.au with your order number. Orders paid via Afterpay incur a 6% service fee if cancelled.

Always follow safe candle making practice. Test every fragrance in your chosen wax, never exceed the recommended fragrance load, and keep oils away from open flame and out of reach of children and pets. Fragrance oils are not for use on skin or in food.
